The Human Resources Business Partner III serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives and organizational culture. This role is an integral part of the leadership team, guiding and influencing strategic goals and initiatives. The primary point of contact for the business, this role ensures an optimal work environment, acts as an advocate for all employees, and enables support for leadership development and succession planning. It involves identifying and understanding the business and assigned department's role within CareSource and their strategic goals, monitoring changes in law, policies, and practices to define and confront risk, and building strong, trusting relationships with employees and leadership. The role analyzes information from engagement surveys, exit interviews, and employee feedback to make recommendations for improvement. It partners with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) functions and collaborates with other departments to resolve barriers impacting performance. The HRBP III actively participates within the department and promotes cross-department collaboration and information sharing.
