About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with leaders and team members at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the designated region

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs within the assigned region
  • Serve as an HR expert by providing guidance on employment law, best practices, and people processes
  • Partner with leadership on employee engagement, retention, and communication strategies
  • Advise leaders on performance management, including coaching and corrective action processes
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and resolution planning
  • Deliver and analyze people and culture metrics to support decision-making and strategy development
  • Oversee employee engagement surveys and facilitate action planning based on results
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive team member experience
  • Travel to sites within the assigned region to provide on-site HR support
  • Collaborate with leadership on change management and workforce planning initiatives
  • Supervise and support HR staff when applicable
  • Perform other duties as assigned
