The Human Resource Manager oversees and conducts day-to-day operations of all HR-related functions, including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, payroll, and associate relations programs. They execute recruiting and staffing initiatives, monitor training completion, and address employment-related concerns. Ensuring compliance with company HR policies and local, state, and federal laws is critical. The role requires building high-performing teams, embracing diversity, creating a culture of belonging, and empowering associates to thrive.
