About The Position

Menards is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to help maintain a positive store atmosphere and support Team Member success. The coordinator works directly with the General Manager and the Operations Human Resources Manager. The role involves recruiting, interviewing, selecting, orienting, and developing Team Members; using company software to maximize payroll dollars; addressing Team Member concerns; and ensuring compliance with Team Member-related programs and policies, including the drug-free workplace program.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in new Team Member recruitment, interviews, selection activities, and orientation.
• Facilitate Team Member training and development using corporate training programs.
• Use company software to help maximize payroll dollars.
• Ensure Team Member concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Ensure Team Member-related programs and policies, including the drug-free workplace program, are followed.
