About The Position

Menards is hiring a Human Resource Coordinator to help maintain a positive store atmosphere and support the success of Team Members. The role works directly with the General Manager and the Operations Human Resources Manager. The coordinator supports recruitment, selection, orientation, training and development, payroll, Team Member concerns, and adherence to company programs and policies.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in new Team Member recruitment, interviews, selection activities, and orientation.
• Facilitate Team Member training and development using corporate training programs.
• Use company software to maximize payroll dollars.
• Ensure Team Member concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Ensure Team Member-related programs and policies, including the drug-free workplace program, are followed.
