About The Position

Menards is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to help maintain a positive store atmosphere and support the success of its Team Members. The coordinator works directly with the General Manager and the Operations Human Resources Manager and supports recruitment, orientation, training, payroll management, Team Member concerns, and compliance with company programs and policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in new Team Member recruitment, interviews, selection activities, and orientation.
• Facilitate Team Member training and development using corporate training programs.
• Use company software to maximize payroll dollars.
• Ensure Team Member concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Ensure Team Member-related programs and policies, including the drug-free workplace program, are followed.
