About The Position

AN HR ASSISTANT SUPPORTS THE HR DEPARTMENT BY MANAGING RECRUITMENT, ONBOARDING, EMPLOYEE RECORDS, COMPLIANCE, AND INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS TO ENSURE SMOOTH HR OPERATIONS.

Requirements

  • HRIS systems like Workday, BambooHR, ADP Workforce, PeopleSoft, or Kronos
  • Recruitment Platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or Glassdoor
  • Office Productivity Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, Zoom
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws: FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, HIPAA, and EEO compliance
  • Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
