An essential member of the TCH team is the HR Assistant. Outside of your daily work, you can have an impact in the lives of our supported individuals. In addition to handling the daily administrative operations of the human resources department, you will serve as a liaison between the HR Department and TCH employees, through effective communications, maintaining employee records, and addressing staff inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
