Join the Human Resources team as a vital member of the HR & Benefits team. This position will have high visibility with coordinating corporatewide events and serving as the face for wellness programs, while also having strong administrative responsibilities.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on requests and documentation
  • Lead and support annual corporate wellness initiative program
  • Plan and run wellness challenges
  • Primary contact for onsite fitness center and trainers
  • Support onsite clinic
  • Assist with benefit election changes and follow-up on required documentation
  • Support approval process for employee purchase program
  • Plan and coordinate major company events
  • Support and represent People with Passion initiatives
  • Help build a positive team environment
  • Assist with other projects as needed

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource for employee benefits and HR questions
  • Maintain accurate data entry and records within HRIS system and spreadsheets
  • Process vendor billing (benefits and other services)
  • Support personnel document filing
  • Manage HR inbox and route inquiries as needed
  • Send company-wide HR communications
  • Assist with employee badges and access
  • Manage safety shoe reimbursements
  • Ensure timely follow-up on requests and documentation
  • Lead and support annual corporate wellness initiative program (communication, tracking, and administering benefit updates)
  • Plan and run wellness challenges throughout the year
  • Primary contact for onsite fitness center and trainers
  • Support onsite clinic
  • Assist with benefit election changes and follow-up on required documentation
  • Support approval process for employee purchase program
  • Plan and coordinate major company events (Family Party, Golf Outing, United Way, Holiday Ham/Turkey, Summer Cookout and Flu Shots)
  • Support and represent People with Passion initiatives
  • Help build a positive team environment and assist with other projects as needed
