About The Position

Responsible for assisting the SVP/Chief Human Resources Officer in the administration of Human Resources for the bank. Assist and coordinate the new hire/promoted employees training plan for the Bank.

Requirements

  • Administration of Human Resources for the bank
  • Coordinate new hire/promoted employees training plan
  • Maintain training schedules and all related files
  • Assist in the IWTP Grant Program, files, etc.
  • Maintain weekly schedule and distribute each Wednesday
  • Serve as a back-up if needed in employee data administration via Paylocity software.
  • Monitor and advise supervisors of deadline for performance evaluations ensuring all employees receive their evaluations on a timely basis within their anniversary date.
  • Research on trends and changes in personnel administration
  • Stay current on EEO compliance to ensure that bank procedures and policies are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget for Human Resource cost center.
  • Compliance to federal and state regulation as pertaining to this position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chief Human Resources Officer in the development, maintenance and administration of personnel programs that contribute to the effective and profitable operations of the bank.
  • Assist the Chief Human Resources Officer with the bank’s employee incentive program.
  • Assist with the company uniform program.
  • Coordinate and develop all training programs to facilitate staffing and enhance employee potential and progress in their primary and secondary job responsibilities.
  • Establish and direct procedures for the periodic evaluation of employee performance.
  • Complete pre-hire process/onboarding and put together new hire files.
  • Develop, implement and monitor employee relations activities to recognize anniversaries, special achievements, and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain, scan, and document all personnel records with appropriate information.
  • Investigate prospective applicant references.
  • Serve as a back-up if needed in employee data administration via Paylocity software.
