About The Position

Provide support for the Employee Appeal Team (3 team members). This team manages the process for employees to file appeals regarding employment decisions related to corrective actions or terminations. Assist in triaging (assigning to the appropriate HR Field team member) appeal cases that come through the FedEx system. Monitor/schedule follow up calls/emails to move the cases through the process. Partner to assemble Appeal Board meeting packets. Assist in answering emails that come through the Central Appeal Team inbox. Follow-up on general investigative policy and procedure questions needed from field HR and/or other business partners. Assist with any Central Appeal Team deliverables.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of HR experience preferred
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience monitoring case management (running reports on case management)
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication (written/oral) skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excel Skills preferred
