About The Position

The Hub Supervisor supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides leadership and builds effective working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The supervisor ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements; manages department resources for output, accuracy, and efficiency; and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, cooperation, and continual improvement. The role also supports employee development through development plans, orientation, skills and safety training, regular evaluations, and coaching.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

• Management experience.
