Part Time Hub Supervisor
About The Position
The Hub Supervisor supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The supervisor provides effective leadership and fosters working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The position manages department resources, promotes a positive and team-oriented environment, supports employee development through orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, and coaching, and ensures compliance with applicable safety policies and requirements. The job is part-time and requires availability for flexible shift hours, up to five days per week, in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and comply with department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements.
- Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
