About The Position

The Twilight Hub Supervisor supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor establishes and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM–9:00 PM, although hours may change due to operational needs and peak seasons. Pay is $26.25 per hour. UPS offers full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, $25,000 in tuition assistance, employee discounts, and more. The position is permanent and part-time.

Requirements

Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
