Part-Time Twilight Hub Supervisor

About The Position

The Twilight Hub Supervisor supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization. This is a part-time, permanent position scheduled Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Hours may change based on operational needs and peak seasons. Pay is $26.25 per hour. Full benefits are available after 30 days.

Requirements

Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to five days per week.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and comply with department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements.
Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continuous improvement.
Implement employee personal development plans as needed to support professional growth.
Ensure employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
Hold workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance.
