About The Position

The Twilight Supervisor supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The position establishes and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The supervisor provides effective leadership and develops working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

This is a permanent part-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The role is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment and requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs. Medical, dental, and vision coverage are available after 30 days, along with a 401(k), $25,000 in tuition assistance, and employee discounts.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to five days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and comply with department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment that emphasizes employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continuous improvement.
• Implement employee personal development plans as required to support professional growth.
• Ensure department employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
• Hold workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance.
