About The Position

European Service at Home (ESAH), an Illinois in-home services organization, is seeking a committed Care Coordinator for its local office. ESAH supports seniors’ care needs so they can continue living at home, and promotes diversity and quality client service. The role provides responsive, compassionate customer service to senior clients and involves case management and direct supervision of Home Care Aides. Starting pay is $25 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

Excellent reading and writing skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, including under tight deadlines.
Basic computer and office experience.
Ability to delegate effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English.
High school diploma.

Responsibilities

Work in a team environment to help accomplish the office’s workload and goals.
Build and foster trusted, client-centered relationships that keep clients engaged in care services based on the Care Program.
Serve as a resource for technical questions, applications, and problem-solving.
Evaluate, plan, coordinate, and manage Home Care Aides to support the best interests of clients and the company.
Maintain a good-standing relationship with the Community Care Unit.
Ensure client and employee records are complete and current.
