About The Position

European Service at Home (ESAH), an Illinois in-home services organization, is seeking a committed care coordinator for its local office. The organization supports seniors who wish to continue living at home and promotes diversity and quality client service. The ideal candidate provides responsive, compassionate customer service to senior clients and handles case management and direct supervision of Home Care Aides. Starting pay is $25 per hour, based on experience. The role works with a team to meet office workload and goals, builds client-centered relationships that support engagement in care services, serves as a resource for technical questions and problem-solving, and coordinates home care aides in clients' and the company's best interests. It also involves maintaining relationships with the Community Care Unit and keeping client and employee records complete and current.

Requirements

Excellent reading and writing skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
Basic computer and office experience.
Ability to effectively delegate.
Excellent communication in English.
High school diploma.

Responsibilities

Work in a team environment to accomplish the office's workload and goals.
Build and foster trusted, client-centered relationships to keep clients engaged in care services based on the Care Program.
Serve as a resource for technical questions, applications, and problem-solving.
Evaluate, plan, coordinate, and manage home care aides to ensure the client's and company's best interests.
Maintain a good-standing relationship with the Community Care Unit.
Ensure client and employee records are complete and current.
