We are hiring HR Operations Process Administrators to support a high-volume HR operations function for a large retail organization. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable handling repetitive operational work with accuracy and consistency. This is the engine-room role. We need people who can move work through the system, follow SOPs, keep details straight, and stay on top of administrative execution. Duration: Likely 4–6 months, with potential extension based on business need Schedule: Standard business hours; some roles may support later-day coverage. 8AM-5PM EST, 9AM-6PM EST, or 11PM-8PM EST.
