This position owns the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, HR systems, and related payroll processes, while also supporting reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. This is a highly visible, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both analytical work and employee interaction. The position requires a local candidate who can work on-site four days per week.
