About The Position

The Benefits and HRIS Analyst is responsible for coordinating and administrating employee benefits programs. The Benefits and HRIS Analyst is also responsible for managing and optimizing both the employee benefits program and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This is a full-time opportunity based at our corporate office located in Woodbury, MN. Monday - Friday business hours with the ability to work a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs.
  • Manage and optimize employee benefits program.
  • Manage and optimize Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and/or claims.
  • Process employee status changes and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g., ACA, ERISA).
  • Analyze benefits usage and trends to recommend improvements or cost saving strategies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees with questions and/or issues related to benefits and HRIS systems.
  • Administer and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring accurate employee data is captured and updated.
  • Generate reports and analyze HRIS data related to benefits, compensation, and employee records.
  • Troubleshoot issues within the HRIS system, working with IT or HR teams to resolve them.
  • Ensure system compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
  • Create and deliver regular reports on benefits participation, cost, and other key metrics.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making regarding benefits and HRIS improvements.
  • Assist with audits and ensure data integrity within the system.
