The Benefits and HRIS Analyst is responsible for coordinating and administrating employee benefits programs. The Benefits and HRIS Analyst is also responsible for managing and optimizing both the employee benefits program and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This is a full-time opportunity based at our corporate office located in Woodbury, MN. Monday - Friday business hours with the ability to work a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

  • Coordinating and administrating employee benefits programs.
  • Managing and optimizing both the employee benefits program and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Assisting employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and/or claims.
  • Processing employee status changes and terminations.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g., ACA, ERISA).
  • Analyzing benefits usage and trends to recommend improvements or cost saving strategies.
  • Serving as a point of contact for employees with questions and/or issues related to benefits and HRIS systems.
  • Administering and maintaining the HRIS system, ensuring accurate employee data is captured and updated.
  • Generating reports and analyzing HRIS data related to benefits, compensation, and employee records.
  • Troubleshooting issues within the HRIS system, working with IT or HR teams to resolve them.
  • Ensuring system compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
  • Creating and delivering regular reports on benefits participation, cost, and other key metrics.
  • Conducting data analysis to support decision-making regarding benefits and HRIS improvements.
  • Assisting with audits and ensuring data integrity within the system.
