As the HR Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR and Payroll processing teams with case triage, document management, invoice processing, phone calls, emails, and report requests. We’re seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where deadlines can be tight and priorities may shift. Flexibility is essential, as the volume of work can vary. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a highly structured team environment
  • Ability to maintain strict adherence to outlined procedures

Responsibilities

  • Ability to answer high call volume professionally while responding to internal and external inquiries
  • Maintain a high level of customer service through timely response to emails and cases
  • Scan and distribute agency mailings
  • Ensure Withholding Orders are scanned and uploaded to ADP in a timely manner
  • Support the HR team with data entry, data validation and special projects as needed
  • Process stop payments, direct deposit reversals, and off-cycle payments
  • Complete employment and wage verifications
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality for all HR-related items
