We’re hiring a People Operations Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of our benefits and leave programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who has 2+ years of professional HR experience, thrives in the details, and gets genuine satisfaction from building cleaner processes and helping employees navigate complex situations with clarity and care. You’ll be the go-to resource for benefits questions, leave of absence administration, and day-to-day HR coordination. You pick up systems quickly, bring a process-improvement mindset to everything you touch, and are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, tech-forward environment. This is not an entry-level or administrative-only role — we need someone with real, hands-on HR experience who is ready to own their workload and grow into more responsibility over time.
