About The Position

A national construction organization is looking for an immediate human resource administrator to support their team during a time of transition. This HR administrator will be responsible for all onboarding, I-9 work, benefits enrollment, providing administrative support, and helping with onboarding.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of human resource experience
  • Highly detailed oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications
  • Ability to multi task and work independently as needed

Responsibilities

  • Conduct I-9 audits, including reviewing recent terminations and updating records for retention (Equifax)
  • Verify visa status for new hires.
  • Perform weekly timesheet audits, focusing on employees on leave of absence.
  • Manage ServiceNow tickets, including assignment, tracking, and coordination with offshore teams.
  • Process travel letter requests by gathering required employee information.
  • Review background checks (HireRight) and determine if cleared or requires follow-up.
  • Support immigration processes: Review documentation before submission to attorneys. Verify returned paperwork for accuracy.
  • Assist with completion and signing of visa documents.
  • Process invoices using standard templates and correct charge codes.
  • Submit invoicing to payroll for processing.
