The HR Administrator will be responsible for a variety of office administrative tasks, including assisting employees with questions regarding employment, payroll, and benefits. This role involves communicating HR-related events and needs to leadership, working on projects for both Houma and Houston locations, and maintaining filing systems. The administrator will also support the HR team with recruiting, managing the pre-employment process, and organizing and conducting new hire orientations.
