This is a fully onsite position at our Columbia, South Carolina location. The HR Manager will oversee all Human Resources (HR) activities, collaborating with local leadership to ensure the effective delivery of processes and procedures. This role involves evaluating current and potential HR issues, partnering with business leaders on workforce plans, mediating employee relations issues, and leading talent management initiatives. The HR Manager will also communicate benefit-related changes, manage Affirmative Action Plans, and measure performance using the HR scorecard. Collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team on staffing strategies is also a key responsibility.
