About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is seeking HR Managers to provide customer service and strategic counsel to business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices. The role operates in a fast-paced environment and focuses on building strong customer relationships while providing full life-cycle Human Resources support. Some distribution centers are freestanding, while others are located at customer sites. The HR Manager partners with leaders to identify and resolve issues, integrate people considerations into business strategy, monitor employee engagement, coach associates at all levels, and manage the people impacts of organizational change. The position also leads a team that provides strategic and tactical HR support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to four years of work experience.
At least 5 years of HR experience, with exposure to all major functional areas of HR.
Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Previous experience partnering with senior management.

Partner proactively with business leaders to identify and solve issues.
Lead a team providing strategic and tactical full life-cycle Human Resources support.

Monitor employee engagement and the employee pulse.
Provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels in a collaborative and consultative manner.
Manage the people impacts of organizational change projects aligned with the business.
