About The Position

The HR Manager is responsible for daily human resources operations including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance tracking, and HR system management while driving automation and AI-enabled employee experience improvements.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of HR experience
  • Experience in employee relations, onboarding, or HR operations
  • Knowledge of HR systems (HRIS platforms)
  • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance basics
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Experience using AI tools for onboarding, employee communications, or HR reporting
  • Ability to automate HR workflows and reduce administrative workload through technology
