About The Position

This role typically functions as an Individual Contributor supporting the OD&L Manager or VP for a Line of Business (LoB) or Center of Business (CoB). It is assigned to a particular line of business of medium to high complexity, which may include a less stable portfolio or multiple geographies across different regions. Alternatively, it supports the OD&L VP in pan-Business OD&L activities, overseeing OD&L processes and leading significant projects. The role has substantial autonomy in independently adjusting objectives, policies, and plans. The total population supported is typically 2,500+ and the role reports to an OD&L Manager or VP, engaging with Business Leaders. When functioning as a Manager, the role supports the Learning HR VP for LoB/CoB, assigned to a particular line of business of medium to high complexity. This managerial role leads significant projects and manages a team of individual contributors. The total population supported is typically 2,500+.
