It also includes owning onboarding coordination for office employees and supporting sales training logistics. Payroll responsibilities will expand over time in partnership with Finance and HR leadership, with the role evolving into broader HR Generalist duties. The role is structured with a focus on production and warehouse HR support, payroll processing support, office onboarding/orientation, and supporting sales training logistics.
