About The Position

The role reports to the OD&L Manager or VP and engages with Business Leaders. When functioning as a Manager, the role supports the Learning HR VP for a specific line of business or center of business, leading significant projects within a medium to high complexity business environment. The total population supported is typically 2,500+, and the team consists of individual contributors.
