About The Position

The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations and key strategic initiatives across core functional areas, including talent acquisition, employee experience, total rewards, learning and development, and people analytics. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR processes and systems, including Workday, while contributing to projects that enhance the employee and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding logistics
  • Maintain and audit employee data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR standards
  • Assist with background checks, employment verifications, and I-9 documentation processes
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and programs that enhance company culture and employer brand
  • Support learning and development efforts by organizing training materials and coordinating program logistics
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, employee engagement strategies, and workforce trends
  • Assist with compensation and benefits benchmarking analysis and market research
  • Help track and analyze HR metrics to support people analytics and reporting initiatives
  • Partner with HR team members to support ongoing projects across multiple HR functions
  • Provide administrative and operational support for additional HR initiatives as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
