Requirements

  • A college junior or senior.
  • Able to work onsite for approximately 8 weeks.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • Hardworking, self-starter, and positive attitude.
  • Computer skills including experience with MS Office and HRIS databases.

Responsibilities

  • Explore key areas of Human Resources by working on projects in recruiting, data analysis and HRIS.
  • Assist in the full life-cycle of recruiting, including onboarding.
  • Support key HR processes by partnering with experienced HR leaders.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, maintaining accurate records, and filing documentation.
  • Participate in various HR-related projects and initiatives, contributing to employee engagement, as well as process improvements and departmental goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
