About The Position

King David Center of Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join their team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, supporting the HR team in various administrative and project-based tasks. This role is ideal for recent graduates or students looking to gain valuable experience in HR.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, processing new hire paperwork, and maintaining accurate records
  • Conduct research and analyze data to support HR initiatives and projects
  • Develop and maintain HR-related records, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve HR-related issues and improve overall operations
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team
