UPS is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Intern with a focus in project management to support the daily operations and strategic priorities of the HR Department. The HR Internship Program prepares the next generation of HR professionals for success through hands-on project leadership, skill development, networking opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to multiple HR business functions. Interns will take ownership of complex, high-impact initiatives, managing projects from planning through execution, and will present their capstone projects to the Human Resource Leadership Team (HRLT) at the conclusion of the internship. We seek candidates who are highly organized, execution-focused problem solvers with the ability to manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and translate strategy into action.
