UPS is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Intern with a focus in data analytics to support the daily operations and shared goals of the HR Department. The HR Internship Program prepares the next generation of HR professionals for success through hands-on analytics-driven work, skill development, networking opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to various HR business functions. Interns will take ownership of meaningful, high-impact projects that leverage data insights to solve real business challenges, culminating in Capstone project presentations to the Human Resource Leadership Team (HRLT) at the conclusion of the internship. We seek candidates who are analytical, curious problem-solvers with the ability to translate data into insights, align solutions to long-term business goals, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
