We are seeking a knowledgeable, proactive, and hands-on HR Generalist to support recruiting, employee relations, payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding, and HR operational functions. This role will work closely with leadership and employees across the organization to support day-to-day HR operations while ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and process consistency. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who operates with urgency, takes ownership of responsibilities, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes and support the organization's growth. This position requires someone who is comfortable balancing HR responsibilities with detailed payroll administration and construction-related payroll compliance requirements.
