About the position
Entera is seeking a talented HR Generalist and Culture Builder to join their People Strategies team. The role involves ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, managing HR reporting and tasks, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The HR Generalist will be the sole People team representative in the Houston office and will be responsible for fostering a vibrant and inclusive work culture, preparing HR-related reports and dashboards, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, managing the HR Information System, and addressing employee relations matters.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead in fostering a vibrant and inclusive work culture
- Organize and facilitate team-building activities, events, and initiatives
- Prepare regular HR-related reports and dashboards for management
- Coordinate and facilitate the seamless onboarding and offboarding process for employees
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the HR Information System (HRIS)
- Be the point of contact for employees' HR-related inquiries, concerns, and feedback
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices remain compliant
- Assist with addressing and resolving employee relations matters
- Lead efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization
Requirements
- Experience in HR generalist role
- Knowledge of HR reporting and metrics
- Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Proficiency in HRIS system management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of HR compliance and labor laws
- Ability to address and resolve employee relations matters
- Experience in promoting diversity and inclusion within an organization
