About The Position

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced HR & Employee Experience Manager to lead employee relations and enhance the overall workplace experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, improving employee engagement, and supporting a positive, productive work environment. The HR & Employee Experience Manager will oversee day to day HR functions, support employees throughout their employment journey, and partner with leadership to develop initiatives that strengthen company culture. The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, and experienced in handling employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices. Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience required
  • Experience with employee relations and employee engagement required
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR matters
  • Lead employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Assist managers with performance management and employee development
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues professionally
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate employee recognition and retention initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to support organizational goals and workforce planning
  • Assist with training and professional development programs
