The Employee Experience Coordinator performs core, advanced, and complex operational, administrative, executive support, and financial functions for the Department of Business Development (BD), supporting day-to-day employee experience business activities. The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and the ability to make decisions and prioritize work under accuracy and time pressures. The coordinator records, reviews, modifies, and updates department records, which may include Mayo Clinic Ventures’ proprietary intellectual property database for agreement, patent, and disclosure information. The role supports accounts receivable and payable activities and government intellectual property reporting requirements, and handles substantial amounts of business-confidential information. The coordinator is a key member of operational and administrative support training, onboarding, offboarding, and supervisor teams; supports department supervisors; and mentors colleagues through daily interactions. The position also develops and implements operational workflow improvements, provides customer service to internal and external clients, assists BD executive leadership with administrative support as needed, and supports department events and employee engagement activities. This is a hybrid position located within 100 miles of the Rochester, Minnesota campus.
