About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. This candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties, maintaining HR records, coordinating onboarding processes, and facilitate employee engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or similar.
  • Se prefiere hablar español e inglés.
  • Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
  • 2 + years HR and Manufacturing experience.
  • Understanding of employment law, compliance, benefits, payroll.
  • Accurate and outstanding data entry skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, schedule and manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in personnel files
  • Manage open and on-going worker compensation claims
  • Help with employment engagement events and programs
  • Assist with benefits administration, employee changes, and enrollment tracking
  • Handle HR policies such as boot and wellness reimbursement
  • Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Support the recruiting team
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
