About The Position

Cascadia Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Home Office in Eagle Idaho. In this role, you will support employees, coordinate hiring and onboarding activities, maintain accurate HR records, and help ensure consistent HR practices across a multi-site healthcare organization operating primarily in the Pacific Northwest. You are service oriented, organized, and thrive in a professional, fast paced environment. You enjoy supporting employees and leaders, balancing multiple priorities, and bringing structure to complex processes. You are proactive, approachable, and motivated by helping others succeed while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of Human Resources experience, preferably with a multi-site healthcare employer
  • Experience supporting HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Familiarity with payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance processes
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a service center environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
  • All employees of Cascadia Healthcare must successfully complete and be cleared to work in accordance with each state’s background check requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SHRM CP certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Accurately maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality
  • Address HR inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures
  • Assist with employment questions, system access, paperwork, leave processes, and job descriptions
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, offer letters, and background checks
  • Partner with hiring managers to support compliant hiring
  • Post jobs and coordinate recruitment for Home Office and facilities
  • Schedule candidate screenings, track applicants, and support sourcing activities
  • Train staff on HR systems and policies
  • Support HR training initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Assist with HR audits and compliance activities
  • Collect and compile data for census surveys and HR reports
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and Cascadia policies
