Position Summary: Provide essential administrative support to the HR function, focusing on timekeeping, leave administration, recruitment and supervisor & team member inquiries. Ensure attendance tracking and support for daily HR operations. Coordinate facility activities and events in support of the broader Team Member Experience/ Human Resources function (benefits, well-being, community involvement & support, etc).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Experience with HR Payroll/ Timekeeping systems
  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience
  • Trustworthy – capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information
  • Able to adhere to tight deadlines
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and constructively with all levels in the organization

Responsibilities

  • Maintain HRIS data integrity, conduct transactions in Workday and complete compliance related forms and documents
  • Identify and screen applicants, support onboarding and orientation processes
  • Assist with and serve as the point of contact for data related questions
  • Provide support for benefit, leave and recognition programs including enrollment and inquiries
  • Provide front-line support for team member questions
  • Coordinate morale-building activities (e.g., celebrations, recognition events)
  • Participate in special TMX projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
