The HR Coordinator supports a broad range of day-to-day HR operations across PUSH and all affiliated divisions. This role plays a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, and benefits administration, helping to ensure a consistent, organized, and high-quality experience for both candidates and employees. The HR Coordinator supports talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing for entry-level roles, and coordination with hiring managers, as well as participation in career fairs and workforce development initiatives. This role also supports employee benefits administration, serving as a primary point of contact for enrollment, education, issue resolution, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. As a member of the HR team, the HR Coordinator contributes to strong execution, consistency, and a positive employee experience in a fast-paced, multi-state, multi-entity environment, with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR and grow within the organization.
