ABS Kids has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on-site in Sugar Land, TX. This role will focus on timekeeping with specific responsibilities for accurately recording and maintaining employee work hours, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. It will involve meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in timekeeping software, and effective communication with employees and management regarding time-related matters. It will also play a crucial role in payroll accuracy and employee satisfaction by ensuring fair and transparent timekeeping practices. The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including employee relations, administering benefits, workers� compensation, leave, and enforcing company policies and procedures. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.
