The HR Coordinator serves as a key member of the Human Resources team and supports the delivery of efficient, high-quality HR services that align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and Otterbein’s mission: “Inspired by faith, we strive to enrich individual life journeys for all.” Serves as the primary point of contact for onboarding coordination, ensuring new hires are properly entered, processed, and set up across all HR systems, while providing comprehensive HR administrative support. The HR Coordinator partners with leaders, candidates, and partners to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience while maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
