About The Position

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) is seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator to support its growing workforce across large-scale infrastructure and data center construction projects throughout the United States. This position will work closely with the HR and Operations teams to support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, employee communication, HR administration, and day-to-day workforce support. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a large, fast-moving workforce. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for professional communication with many of the employees.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Administration, HR Coordination, Recruiting Coordination, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish – written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other standard business applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, or employee management systems preferred.
  • Experience supporting a large or hourly workforce is strongly preferred.
  • Blue-collar, construction, staffing, manufacturing, logistics, or data center industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience supporting construction, electrical, telecommunications, data center, staffing, or other skilled-trades workforces is highly preferred.
  • Someone who is not only comfortable behind a computer but is also willing to pick up the phone, communicate directly with employees, solve problems, and work closely with Operations to keep the workforce moving.

Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including collecting and verifying required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files.
  • Assist with employment paperwork, I-9 documentation, background checks, and other onboarding requirements.
  • Communicate with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll questions, and required documentation.
  • Provide bilingual support to Spanish-speaking employees and assist with translating HR communications when needed.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure new hires are properly prepared before reporting to project sites.
  • Assist with employee changes, transfers, terminations, and other HR-related administrative processes.
  • Maintain HR records and databases while ensuring information remains accurate and confidential.
  • Support payroll and timekeeping processes by helping resolve employee questions and discrepancies.
  • Assist HR management with employee relations matters and documentation.
  • Help coordinate benefits enrollment and employee benefit-related questions.
  • Track employee certifications, training, compliance documents, and other required records.
  • Work closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from hiring through deployment.
  • Assist with internal HR communications and distribute company policies, announcements, and other important information.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
