The Human Resources Administrator supports the daily operations of the HR department with a strong focus on payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management. This role works across multiple HR functions—including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, reporting, and employee support—to ensure HR processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements. In this role, you’ll be a trusted resource for employees and leaders, helping ensure payroll is processed accurately and employees receive timely support. Your attention to detail and commitment to compliance will help protect the organization from risk and ensure a positive employee experience. By supporting onboarding, benefits, reporting, and performance initiatives, you’ll directly contribute to employee engagement, operational efficiency, and organizational success.
