The Human Resource Administrator supports the day-to-day execution of Human Resources operations at Electronic Imaging Materials, Inc. (EIM). This role is responsible for key HR functions including payroll administration, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, and basic employee support. The Human Resource Administrator serves as a resource for employees by responding to questions related to payroll, benefits, policies, and HR processes while helping ensure a positive employee experience. This role also supports employee engagement initiatives, career fairs and community outreach efforts, and HR reporting, while partnering with the HR Manager on department goals and projects. As part of a collaborative small-business environment, this role may also cross-train in other business functions to support operational continuity and departmental coverage when needed.
